The Town of Sterling Plan Commission is in the process of creating the Town of Sterling’s first Comprehensive Plan. This plan will guide current and future development and zoning over the next 10-20 years. Public participation is essential to the overall success of the plan. Please provide your input by completing the survey, which will arrive in the mail beginning March 8th, and returning it using the postage-paid envelope included. We ask that an adult member (age 18+) of your household fill out the questionnaire.
The survey is expected to take between 10 and 15 minutes. Your response will be treated in a completely confidential manner. The Survey Research Center (SRC) at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls is administering the survey on behalf of the Town of Sterling. The SRC will combine all responses and release only summarized results so that each respondent will remain anonymous.
Residents who complete the survey will be entered into a random drawing to receive one of five prizes from local businesses. The following items are included in the random drawing:
- A $100 gift certificate to the Dugout Bar and Grill in Cushing
- A $100 gift certificate to Suzy Q’s Snowshoe Tavern in Cushing
- A $100 gift certificate to the Lucky 7 Convenience and Gas in Cushing
- A $100 gift certificate to Wreck A Mended Auto in Sterling
- A $100 gift certificate to Dollar General in Sterling
