The Town of Sterling, Polk County

Pursuant to Wis. Stat §70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2023 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 7^nd day of September 2023 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Cushing Community Center, 2510 241^st St, Cushing, WI 54006.  

Additionally, the assessor shall be available at the Town of Sterling Town Hall (Cushing Community Center) 2510 241^st St, Cushing WI 54006 on the 7^th day of September 2023, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Instructional material will be provided at the open book for persons who wish to object to valuations under Wis. Stat. § 70.47.
